Specialized Care
Expert support for post-hospital recovery, dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and end-of-life comfort.

What We Provide
Some conditions require more than standard support — they require caregivers with specialized training, patience, and experience. Our Specialized Care team supports families navigating dementia and Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, post-hospital and post-surgical recovery, and end-of-life comfort care (non-medical). For memory care, our caregivers are trained in redirection, validation therapy, sundowning management, and creating calm, predictable routines that reduce anxiety and confusion. For Parkinson's, we focus on safe mobility, freezing-of-gait strategies, medication reminders, and meal modifications. For stroke and post-hospital recovery, we coordinate with your loved one's discharge plan, support physical and occupational therapy exercises, monitor for warning signs, and help prevent the readmissions that derail recovery. For end-of-life comfort care, we provide quiet, compassionate presence — supporting your loved one and your whole family through one of life's most sacred chapters. We communicate closely with your physicians, therapists, hospice team, and family so everyone is aligned on the care plan.
What's Included
Is This Right for What You're Looking For?
Specialized Care is right for your family if your loved one has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, or has recently had a stroke, fall, surgery, or hospitalization. It's also the right choice when behaviors have become harder to manage at home — wandering, sundowning, agitation, swallowing difficulties, or rapid changes in mobility. Families turn to Specialized Care when they realize a typical caregiver isn't enough, when they're exhausted from managing a complex condition alone, or when they want their loved one to remain at home through their final chapter surrounded by familiar comforts. Our specially trained caregivers bring calm, competence, and compassion to situations that feel overwhelming.
